MIDLANDS-In a scintillating start to their ZIFA Midlands Province Division 2A league journey, Jame West FC, the Mberengwa-based newcomers, laid to rest any doubts about their potential with a barnstorming 5-2 victory over MSU FC.

The match was played at McAdams Stadium in Zvishavane and it was a thriller which saw the Yellow Metal Boys claiming a 3-0 lead at halftime.

They scored two in the second half and conceded two in the process. They showed their attacking prowess in front of goal. Ashley Moyo ‘Mbappe’, Admire Magura  ‘Gobeer’ scored a brace each with Brandon Masunda adding the fifth.

The team exhibited huge attacking prowess in front of goal without wasting any chances at the same time defending with caution.

In their next assignment they face Shurugwi FC, while the students are away to All Stars FC.
