MASVINGO CITY-After a superb display of football artistry at Chikondoma Stadium last weekend in Mutoko against JM Busha FC, FC Wangu Mazodze aka Zhalala Zhululu are now focused on dislodging log leaders, Tenax FC.

Zhalala Zhululu floored JM Busha FC 2-1 culminating in a barbaric attack on the middle man by irate hooligans masquerading as football fans.

The win in Mutoko has given the Kingdom Boys confidence as they host the ZIFA Eastern Region Soccer League log leaders, Tenax FC at their hunting ground, Mucheke Stadium on Sunday at 3pm.

“We are facing the current log leaders this Sunday at Mucheke stadium and after the match we will be back where we rightly belong to, the summit of the table. The Kingdom Boys have already started training, this is a big game and we are 100% positive Mucheke Stadium will be filled to capacity, come Sunday,” said the soft spoken Zhalala Zhululu media person point person, Sukuoluhle Ndlovu.

Former Premiership outfit, Tenax FC who thrashed Surrey FC last week 2-0 are leading The Kingdom Boys by one point at the top of the log and a slip up on Sunday will see them two points behind.

If Zhalala Zhululu loose on Sunday they will remain on second position for now as the team on third position, Bikita Minerals trail by 4 points after a nill all draw against Mutare City Rovers aka Gusha Bhora.

In other matches played last weekend Manica Diamonds  U19 FC won 3-0 against Ruwa FC, Rusitu Tigers FC 1-0 against Chiredzi Stars FC, Midway FC went on to hammer FC Hunters 5-2 followed by Masvingo United FC’s 0-0 draw against Buffaloes FC and Grayham FC were 3-0 winners against gold miners Renco Mine FC.
