GWERU-Guinea Fowl High School student teacher on police wanted list following the murder of his girlfriend was found dead.
Valentine Tamuka Zireva’s (27) body was found in a bush area at beacon Kop, Shurugwi on February 3, 2025.
According to the Midlands province police spokesperson Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko, Zireva’s dead body was discovered by a passerby under a tree.
He added that “the body was in an advanced stage of decomposition and there was a bark string tied to a tree above where the body was found”.
Zireva was last seen on 24 January 2025 in the company of the late Keener Tsanana his girlfriend and a student teacher as well at Guinea fowl High School.
Keener was found dead in a room at the school the following morning and Zireva was not seen until his body was found in the bush.
