It is alleged that ZanuPF created the Tsikidzi outbreak to divert citizens attention on the economic and political crisis currently in the country.
The heavy resistance to the Zanu PF Mnangagwa 2030 agenda, the Geza revolution and factional fights have forced the ruling party to divert citizens attention to minor issues.
It is reported that this Tsikidzi idea was first mooted by members of intelligence security forces and Zvigananda. Zvigananda are going to pocket millions of dollars for the purchase of spraying chemicals. The City of Harare had to buy hundreds of spraying equipment from Zvigananda.
Zanu PF is known for inflicting pain on citizens in order to come back as the Messiah. Minister of Local Government Mr Garwe announced and decreed that vendors must be pushed out of cities throughout the country. When the vendors had suffered in loses Zanu PF ordered the vendors to meet President Mnangagwa. He promised that no city council police will chase them away.
