Sithole is Jame West’s April player of the month

MBERENGWA – Nickson Sithole is now in the history books for Jame West FC after he received the team’s first ever player of the month accolade.

He was named player of the month for April for the team that is plying it’s trade in the ZIFA Midlands Province Division 2A league for the first time.

The team has initiated a program to motivate players by awarding the outstanding players every month.

The 24 year old has a goal contribution in all the four games that the team has played so far with no yellow card issued to him.

Jame West are the current log leaders with four wins out of as many matches, with Sithole proving to a vital cog in the team.

Jame West Director, Saddiq Madzipa highlighted that the player has shown positive attitude and has started in all the four games they have played.

“He was selected in the first 11 in all 4 games he does not have yellow cards he has goal contribution in every game he played, with 1 goal and 4 assists hence he is our player of the month”, he said.

He received a trophy and US$50 as reward for his efforts.
