Gweru- The Gweru based Castle Lager Premier Soccer League outfit, Sheasham FC ‘s newly appointed head coach, Lizwe Sweswe has put focus on building confidence among players to win games.

Sweswe joined the construction boys this week from Bulawayo Chiefs FC after the former club coach, John Nyikadzino was sacked on Monday for failing to deliver positive results since the beginning of the league.

He has already signed a two and half year contract which will see him steering the Construction Boys in their maiden year in the elite league.
