Reformation music, dance concert thrills Mucheke
Masvingo- The highly anticipated Reformation Music and Dance Concert held at Mucheke Hall on November 2 lived up to its billing as it mesmerized the audience as they were left asking for more by the young talents who showcased their artistic prowess before an appreciative full house.
The concert featured an impressive lineup of gospel groups, including Reformed Church in Zimbabwe Masvingo Choir, Methodist Church Choir, Voice of Angels, and Spirit Sounds, who collectively lifted the spirits of the packed hall with their soul-stirring performances.
The dance section was equally electrifying, with Foloko, Victoria High’s Flame, Danco, and Unstoppable delivering unforgettable routines that left the audience in awe.
Shapiro’s best PA system ensured that every note and beat was heard crystal clear, enveloping the hall in amazing sound.
Apostle Munenero blessed the occasion with a stirring message, while Master of Ceremonies A. Mabhande expertly guided the program with his unique flair.
However, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the electric performance by Mudzimba Tawanda, founder of Magnificent International Arts (MIA). His dynamic stage presence and inspiring words encouraged the public to support local talent.
Tawanda emphasized the importance of nurturing artistic expression in Masvingo, urging the community to rally behind the initiative. Those interested in supporting MIA can contact the organisation on 0713088269 or email mia.association2@gmail.com.
The Reformation Music and Dance Concert has set a new standard for entertainment in Masvingo, and it is only justifiable that more exciting events from MIA are coming.
