PENHALONGA-When Tinashe Munatsi (20) of Chivhanga Village in Hauna under Chief Mutasa left home to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, little did he know that the day with end with him meeting his maker.
Munatsi was murdered in cold blood at Redwing Mine tuckshops in Penhalonga, Mutare at around 7:30pm by an identified person who immediately left the scene over an unknown dispute while enjoying Christmas at the business centre.
Munatsi’s body was found with several stab wounds when the Police who were informed by Gracious Chirimanyemba (43) from the same neighbourhood who saw the lifeless body lying on the ground.
Munatsi’s body was taken to Victoria Chitepo Hospital for postmortem.
Manicaland Province Police acting spokesperson, Assistant Inspector Wiseman Chinyoka confirmed the unfortunate incident.
