Triangle team captain, Tinashe Magocha who was the opening batsman had shown character of nothing short for a win against the visiting team but was bowled out in the first 5 overs.
In an interview after the match, Magocha said his team had performed quite well despite losing the match.
“We could have done better in fielding our boys put up a good fight. We batted quite well but failed to do the same when the visitors were now batting and we ended up losing the match,” he said.
But for Knights it was an impressive match and playing against seasoned players was an opportunity for the youthful team to gain exposure and experience.
