MASVINGO – Ndinonzwa Midzi (32) of Village Mapako under Chief Chimombe in Gutu appeared before Magistrate Bishard Chineka for aggravated indecent assault The Midweek Watch can reveal.
It is the State case that on 28 May, 2023 at around 6pm the complainant who is only sixteen years old and a neighbor went to the accused’s homestead with the intention to collect his US0.50c he was owed.
The accused grabbed and dragged the complainant into his bedroom where he asked him to romance him but the complainant refused and that led the accused to forcibly remove the complainant’s trousers and threatened to stab him with a knife if he cried for help.
Midzi then inserted his erect penis in the complainant’s anus and had anal intercourse with him four times.
On the wee hours of the following day (29 May) the accused ordered the complainant to leave his bedroom.
Innocent Mudzingwa prosecuted.
