MASVINGO- A Great Zimbabwe University student has been remanded in custody when he appeared before a Masvingo Magistrate after he allegedly forced a 15 year old boy to have anal s*x with him.
Archford Poruvete (34) studying towards a degree in Education and resides in Runyararo West high density suburb was not asked to plead when he made his initial court appearance before Magistrate Progress Magara.
Poruvete allegedly begged the boy to travel to Masvingo so that he could suck his d*ck and have anal s*x when he was attracted to him after the boy had hired four s*x worker in quick succession.
He was remanded to 19 March for trial, while the court is seeking a medical examination to be conducted on the boy to ascertain his age as he failed to produce his identity particulars.
Prosecutor Nomagugu Sibanda told the court that on 2 March this year Poruvete was drinking beer at a Mkoba 16 bar in Gweru, when he met the teenager.
The Court heard that the teenager who works as a herdboy had just received his monthly salary and decided to have a beer binge at the Mkoba bar.
Sibanda further told the court that during the drinking spree, Poruvete saw the teenager hiring four s*x workers to quench his huge appetite.
The court heard that Poruvete was amused by the teenager’s s*x drive and approached him requesting if the boy would perform anal s*x on him.
The boy agreed and the two decided to travel to Masvingo for the s*x romp.
Prosecutor Sibanda told the court that Poruvete would s*ck the boy’s p*nis before he forced the boy to perform anal s*x on him.
The matter came to light when Poruvete ordered the boy to return to Gweru without giving him money for bus fare and the boy went to Runyararo west police base where he narrated his ordeal while seeking assistance.
