The Police has launched manhunt for theft suspect David Mutanda and appealing to the public to come forward with information that may lead to his arrest.
According to ZRP National Spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi, Mutanda allegedly misappropriated funds collected from debtors on behalf of a private security company between January 5, 2024, and June 24, 2024.
During this period, Mutanda is accused of converting USD 3,921.23 to his own use, betraying the trust placed on him by his employers.
The ZRP is urging anyone with information that may assist in locating Mutanda to come forward and report to the nearest police station.
