…claims toothache

RUTENDO CHIRUME

MASVINGO- Notorious suspected Sisk killer Tafadzwa Kanengoni aka Soda Water has pulled another antic forcing the court to further postpone the start of his murder trial to March 14.

Soda claimed in court that he could not answer to any questions from the presiding Magistrate when he appeared in Court last Tuesday as his tooth was aching.

Kanengoni  who appeared  before  Magistrate Rethagtcetsi Silaigwana had difficulties in speaking as he tried to tell the court that he was  not  feeling  well and was not in a condition to answer any of the questions he was being asked.

Last time when he appeared in court, Soda claimed that he was being stung by bees and some people were attempting to attack him.

The Magistrate asked Soda how he was feeling since the last time and if he had found  the  lawyer whom he had asked the court for time to get one.

Progress Magara prosecuted.

The jailbird who was released  on Presidential amnesty in November last year was arrested on January 10 this year and made his initial court appearance on the 11th   facing  several  charges of theft, robbery and alleged murder of popular Mucheke Sisk area tuck shop owner Mike Munhungowarwa whom he shot in cold blood.
