The so called second Republic has perfected the art of looting. This Mafia Cabal has disbanded the government tender board and replaced it with Precabe Farm Cabal Looting Executive committee.
The Precabe Farm Cabal Looting Executive committee has initiated numerous Presidential Schemes. The Presidential Schemes are only vehicles for looting. They have produced nothing to change the lives of ordinary citizens.
Citizens are now not surprised that Precabe Farm Cabal Looting Executive committee introduce Presidential Scheme every month. The cabal select the very person to be awarded a tender for the next Presidential Scheme well before it is launched.
We have seen or heard Presidential Goat Scheme, Presidential Borehole Scheme, Presidential Solar Scheme, Presidential War Veterans Housing Scheme and many more. The schemes are launched on high publicity but after millions of dollars have been poured into the scheme it dies a natural death but one of the cabal members would have pocketed millions of dollars.
Since the Presidential Agricultural Input Scheme was introduced we have imported food. This means the scheme has failed to impact on our food production but someone is using the scheme to loot government funds through this scheme.
The Precabe Farm Cabal Looting Executive committee is very innovative in introducing schemes to loot.They have introduced First Lady Schemes or programmes as vehicles for looting. There are First Lady Nhodo , First Lady Cooking Competitions, First Lady Nhanga/Gota etc ….These schemes or programmes are funded with millions of taxpayers’ money.
What is surprising is that the government is failing to rehabilitate the deteriorating hospitals and Victoria Falls Road. If the millions poured into First Lady Nhodo scheme was given priority to repair hospital beds throughout the government hospitals, that would have had a great positive developmental impact.
The Precabe Farm Cabal Looting Executive committee doesn’t want such a project.This would mean the Ministry of Health would monitor and implement the project sidelining them and pushing them out of the looting line .
The Precabe Farm Cabal Looting Executive committee would never like any project which involves the mainline ministries as it will push them out.
This is the reason they mooted the idea of Presidential Schemes.Presidential Schemes are controlled, implemented and looted by a well connected ,very few and close cabal.
These are the Zviganandas.
These Zviganandas now control more than 80% of government business. The tenders are theirs. The looting is theirs .They are the richest in the second republic.They control the economy. They control the first family. They are a shadow but most powerful unconstitutional and unrecognized cabinet.
President Mnangagwa seem no longer in control of the government business. His age might be the major contributing factor.It seems he is no longer as mentally sharp as he was ten years ago.
The Precabe Farm Cabal Looting Executive are taking advantage of his old age. These are the very people pushing for 2030 term extension in order to extend their looting term.
They are talking of President Mnangagwa to complete his projects. They know President Mnangagwa has no projects to complete as all projects, if they are there they belong to government but they only want to loot.
President Mnangagwa to save Zimbabwe from these Precabe Farm Cabal Looting Executive he must resign. If he is a true patriot he must resign. If he went to war to liberate citizens then he must do the honourable thing and resign.
