Notice is hereby of an application to carry out the following development on stand number 469 Rutenga Growth Point
1.It is proposed to change the use from residential to a guest house on the above quoted property or stand which is situated within the low density residential zone in terms of Layout Plan number VF32. The application require the special consent of the Local Planning Authority
2.ln terms of the Act, the application is required to be advertised and adjacent neighbours notified in writing before being considered by the Local Planning Authority
The application, plans and any special conditions which the Local Planning Authority is likely to impose in the event of this application being favorably considered may be inspected at Rutenga Council Sub office Stand 1464, Rutenga during normal business hours
Any person wishing to make objections or representations relating to the application must lodge them with the undersigned within one month of the date of the insertion of this notice.
