Masvingo – In a heartfelt celebration of national pride and artistic talent, Tawanda Mudzimba, Director of Magnificent International Arts (MIA) and educator at Nemanwa Primary School, orchestrated a moving tribute at the Nemanwa District Heroes Acre on Heroes Day. He was joined by fellow educator, Felisters Mbewe.

The event showcased an impressive contemporary dance performance by the Nemanwa Primary School dance club, under the guidance of Headmaster Mr. Mhuru and Deputy Head Mrs. Mupondori. Their vibrant movements and creative expressions resonated deeply with the audience, honoring the legacy of Zimbabwe’s liberation heroes.
Mr. Mudzimba expressed his sentiments:
“We embrace dance to remember and to pay tribute. It’s essential for our children to grasp the significance of sacrifice and the spirit of Zimbabwe. This is our artistic salute, a celebration of unity.”

– Chirichoga pupils, who presented poignant poems
– A lively Mhande dance by Sikato Primary School, led by Mrs. Dumbu
