MASVINGO – The Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, Edgar Moyo will officially open the National Social Security Authority (NSSA)’s three-day engineers’ workshop scheduled from March 19 to March 21, 2025 at a local hotel in Masvingo.

NSSA Deputy Director Marketing and Communication, Tendai Mutseyekwa confirmed the event to The Midweek Watch.
Mutseyekwa said the event was hosted by Midlands Province, Kwekwe last year.
The event will run under the theme; ‘Occupational Safety and Health: Technology and the Future of Work’.
Mutseyekwa said that the workshop will be targeting chief executive officers, production managers, supervisors, engineers, SHE practitioners, human resources personnel, technicians and other professionals with an engineering bias.
The key objectives of the event is to provide engineering interventions key to accidents prevention as well as to cultivate and inculcate a continuous enhancement of a safety culture among all stakeholders.
The Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, Edgar Moyo will officially open the event on March 19, 2025.
The annual event is scheduled to take place at the new home of business events in Masvingo, the iconic Urban Lifestyle Hotel in Clipsham.
