-FC Holdings go top as employers struggle

ZVISHAVANE – There were contrasting fortunes in the Mimosa Mine Social Soccer League for newbies FC Holding and Human Capital as the latter anchors the log with the former sitting at the summit of the log.
FC Holding are at the top of the log after seeing off Geo Survey 3-1 to have 65 points after 27 games played and are one point above Boltrec who hammered Mine Machines 5-0 to sit second with 64 points.
Security and Logistics failed to get the better of Community as they secured a 3-3 draw and now 9 points off the pace as they sit on 56 points from 27 games played.
MHL suffered a bitter defeat to Estates who retained most of their players from last year’s title winning team. They lost 3-1 but still maintain a top spot with 52 and Estates fifth with 48 points.
Things are not as cozy for the employers as they suffered their 17th defeat of the season after losing 3-0 to Supply Chain.
