Jame West FC, Mbesa FC and Great Dyke FC all registered wins over the weekend.

Jame West FC who are the new boys and current log leaders secured their third win on the trot after beating Shurugwi FC 2-1 on Sunday. They still have their 100% record intact.

Mbesa who are perennial challengers in the league also still have their 100 % record intact after securing a 2-0 victory away at Baobab FC.

Great Dyke FC who lost their opening encounter against Mbesa FC defeated MSU Zvishavane FC for second victory of the season.

The three clubs are on a mission to revolutionize football in Mberengwa and bring Premiership soccer in the area.

No club is yet to play top flight football in the area and these clubs with their performances in the lower leagues are on course.

Great Dyke FC secretary general, Rockford Pikanegore said the team had a slow start losing the derby but the team is now enjoying a good run of form.

” We had a slow start, but the team is geared up now and enjoying football at the moment”, he said.
