MASVINGO-Diversified Junior Holdings proprietor Noah Marima says his latest recognition at the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) national awards is a testament to years of hard work, consistency and commitment to business excellence.
Marima was named first runner-up in the Business Leader of the Year category during the 2026 ZNCC National Awards held at Elephant Hills Resort in Victoria Falls as part of the chamber’s annual congress.
Speaking in an interview with The Midweek Watch, Marima expressed gratitude for the honour, saying the award recognises not only his efforts but also the dedication of everyone contributing to the success of Junior Holdings.
“This award is a result of the efforts we have been putting into our business over the years. It shows that the hard work we are doing in the community and in the business sector is being recognised,” he said.
Marima said the recognition would motivate the company to continue striving for excellence while inspiring employees and stakeholders to contribute even more towards the development of Masvingo Province and Zimbabwe’s economy.
“This award gives us more energy to continue working hard. It is a source of motivation for the company and everyone who is contributing towards our growth and the country’s development,” he added.
He noted that this is the fourth time he has received recognition in the Business Leader category at the NCC national awards, describing it as an indication that the company’s commitment to quality and service continues to be acknowledged.
The annual ZNCC National Awards recognise outstanding individuals, businesses and institutions that have demonstrated excellence, innovation and leadership across various sectors of Zimbabwe’s economy.
