MASVINGO-Internationally acclaimed pianist and music composer, Musa Makamu popularly known as Musa Keys promises to dish out a captivating performance at the new home of entertainment in the ancient city, Caravan Park this weekend.
The highly anticipated show is expected to be an unforgettable evening of musical brilliance as Caravan Park hosts a high profile international artist many have been longing to see.
The renowned pianist will be backed by Chillspot Records led by, Arnold Kamuzvariwa aka DJ Fantan and Tafadzwa Kadzimwe aka DJ Levels who will be supported by Caravan Park’s resident DJs Maestro real name Tapiwa Godi and Hacker, Tererai.
The event will also see performances from Zimbabwe renowned artist who is the Hip Hop sensation Bagga real name Nigel Zvikomborero Nyagato who will warm the stage for the epic show of the day.
Speaking to the Midweek Watch 2Kings Entertainment and DTL Records Director Kudzai Matongo who is the event promoter said there will be surprise acts that will be unleashed and emphasised that audiences should not be limited to the obvious.
“This is the first ever international show to be staged in Masvingo and the mood is building up well, people are excited.
“The tickets are selling fast, our first phase is sold out and we are now on phase two where ordinary tickets are going for US$5 and VIP US$15 per person.
“We are also happy to say that there will be surprise performance, so the fans should expect more.
“Musa Keys is internationally recognised and so we are very happy to host this show as we continue to present such events at the Caravan Park,” said Matongo.
DJ Kauleza, real name Augustine Mhembere will cheer up the fans as he will be the event’s master of ceremony alongside Masvingo popular radio DJ Miss Candice real name Candice Masimba.
Tickets are going at US$15 for two ordinary tickets and US$20 VIP on the day.
