ZVISHAVANE – Mandava United kept their unbeaten run intact in the Zvishavane Social League after dispatching a stubborn Murowa Diamonds FC 2-1.
The win ensured that the Mandava based team maintain pole position with 28 points, five points ahead of second placed Noelvale Rovers FC who thumped Pensioners FC 3-1.
The two supermarkets in Ok and Pote as they are not separated by much distance in town are also close to each other on the log.
OK FC are on third position after beating SQ Bombers 3-1 while FC Pote won with the same margin against the power suppliers ZESA United FC.
OK CF are third with 22 points, Fc Pote are fourth on 21 points having all played 10 games apiece.
ZRP Zvishavane were the biggest winners after whacking McBliss FC 4-0 with Sabi based Anmarck FC scoring four goals against Siboza whom they went on to beat 4-2.
The farmers are enjoying a good run having defeated Mushengenene 2-0 to move away from the relegation zone.
