MASVINGO-Veteran events planner, Rudo Shoko aka ‘Lulu the Planner’ will host a rare Christmas Family Fun Day at the newly opened The Place, Panzvimbo, Endaweni, The Midweek Watch has learnt.
The Place, Panzvimbo, Endaweni a spacious and exquisite events venue is just 18km from the ancient city and 100m off Nemamwa Road.
Lulu said that its going to be a fully packed two day family fun event which is open for everyone and they will be lots of entertainment for the kids away from the madding crowd of the CBD.
“We are hosting a Christmas Family Fun days on 24 and 25 December next week and it’s open for everyone and we will be offering a kids park with different activities like jumping castles, swimming pools, bikes, ball games amongst others”, said Lulu, bubbling with confidence.
“We are going to be partnering with Busy Corner Butchery to provide all types of braai meat and Mucheke Liquor Store to provide with all types of beers, spirits, whiskeys at very affordable prices”.
She also added that on the January 1, 2024 there is going to be a similar event themed ‘Old Xool Party’ featuring Kudzai Chengedza aka Mbuya Piyason.
Lulu urged those who love fun to come and celebrate the end and beginning of a new year in style while breathing fresh air from te mighty Lake Mutirikwi.
To avoid disappointments or to risk being turned away people should come as early as possible because if history is anything to by, the venue will be packed to the brim as it is proving to be the place to be for those who love outdoor fun in Masvingo.
