MUTARE-FIREBRAND opposition politician Job Sikhala who was arrested yesterday in Mutare, Penhalonga with 40 others has been released from police detention without a charge.
Sikhala who spent 595 days in remand prison two years ago had been arrested yesterday for convening a meeting without authority from the police. The Midweek Watch has been informed that the meeting convener is still in police custody and will appear in court tomorrow on Monday.
