GWERU-Police confirms receiving a report of theft of a Motor Vehicle which occurred in Mkoba 9, Gweru on 2 March 2024 at around 2am.
Shadreck Moyo (36), parked his white Toyota Hiace kombi, registration number AEU 8871 at his residence and retired to bed.
At about 2am he was awakened by the sound of an idling vehicle engine. He discovered that the kombi was being driven away.
Midlands Provincial Police spokesperson, Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko is appealing for information on suspects’ whereabouts.
“We are appealing to anyone with information that can lead to the recovery of the vehicle and arrest of the suspect (s) to contact any nearest Police station,” Mahoko said.
