MBERENGWA – ZIFA Midlands Province Division 2A league outfit Great Dyke FC eye Division 1 football next year as they wrap up preparations for the 2025 season.

The Mberengwa based side has been a top contender but has since missed twice to Black Eagles and Jame West FC.
Mberengwa has been on the rise in terms of football development with last season Black Eagles playing D1 football though relegated, Jame West has filled the post this season.
Jame West FC were on fire last season, which saw their Mberengwa rivals among other teams not matching the heat, this season it is a great opportunity for the Serengeto Boys to get promoted.
However, sponsorship has been a core deterrent for the team as compared to their arch rivals.
Speaking to The Midweek Watch Great Dyke FC Director Samuel Sinarawo said this year is the year to gain promotion but money is a factor which needs to be solved.
“We have assembled a great team which is ready to compete at any level but we are appealing for sponsors to partner us so we get sorted financially,” he said.
