Mucheke Stadium is set to erupt into fireworks on 20 July 2025, as the much anticipated derby between FC Wangu Mazodze aka Zhalala Zhululu and Masvingo Utd aka Una Una takes center stage once again at the home soccer in the ancient city, Mucheke Stadium.

With emotions still raw from the last encounter where Una Una edged their city rivals by a solitary goal.
Zhalala Zhululu are looking to overturn the tables and inflict a painful defeat that would dent the busmen’s chances of landing the sole ticket into the top flight league.

The previous match was a tightly contested affair, decided by a single moment of brilliance from Masvingo United. Since then, tension has been simmering. Wangu Mazodze fans, known for their fierce loyalty and flamboyance, have not forgotten the sting of defeat and are expect to fill Mucheke to the brim, baying for Una Una’s blood.

Another Wangu Mazodze loyalist Wesely Moyo said “this week Mazodze is ready to take on Una Una and is guaranteed of a better performance than the previous game”.

Una Una occupies third position on the Pacisfic Storm ZIFA Eastern Region Soccer League with 32 5 shy of table toppers Tenax FC points while Zhalala Zhululu has 18 points and on 7th position.
The busmen coach goes into the game riding on a high as he was crowned Pacific Storm ERSL June best coach.
With both pride and local bragging rights on the line, this showdown promises fireworks.
