The Midweek Watch has been informed of a fatal accident that claimed two lives at Dreamwoods Lodge along Beitbridge Road just after former Wimpy Restaurant at around 230pm today.
Eyewitnesses who called this publication said a red Mazda Demio which was turning into Clipsham Heights from Masvingo City was involved in a head on collision with a Honda CRV that was coming from the opposite direction.
The informants said a child and the driver of the Mazda Demio died on the spot. Masvingo Provincial Police spokesperson, Inspector Kudakwashe Dhewa said they are yet to receive a report from the traffic section.
