ZVISHAVANE – Estate FC has taken pole position in the Mimosa Mine Social Soccer League after beating Mining North FC 2-0.
The win was coupled by a loss to Loss Control FC who were thumped 8-1 by Community FC.
Estates now top the table with 10 points from four matches as they have three wins and a draw in as many matches.
They are first to Boltrec FC but have the same number of points, but top the log with a plus one goal difference as they have scored nine goals and conceded two while Boltrec FC have scored eight and conceded two goals.
Mobile Equipment FC sit third after a two all draw against Geo Survey FC.
Things are not looking good for Copper Kettle FC, Mine Planning FC and Mining North FC who are still to register a single point after four matches.
Copper Kettle FC gave champions MHL FC their first win of the season as they lost 3-1 while Mine Planning FC narrowly lost to Transport FC 1-0 with Mining North FC beaten 3-1 by Ventilation FC.
Matchday four registered 37 goals in 10 games.
