Masvingo City- Prominent Masvingo industrialist and fuel mogul Commissioner Sternly Kondongwe has donated maize meal to Zanu PF ward 9a in Rhodene.
The timely Christmas presentation was done on Sunday during a Zanu PF Mugagao district feedback meeting at Mazambani Shop adjacent to the swimming pool.
The meeting was chaired by Mugagao district chairperson Moses Mavhusa, where he gave feedback on the recent provincial inter district meeting held at Mafuramhepo which was attended by the newly appointed Zanu PF Central Committee member Kudakwashe Tagwirei.
“We are here today in ward 9A in Rhodene in Masvingo urban where we are giving feedback on the recently held provincial inter district meeting where Dr Tagwirei was the guest of honor. As a party we have our resolution number one on 2030 and I urge you to move together with the leadership of our President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa.
“Let’s support the vision of our President for a thriving and open economy, capable of creating opportunities for investors and employment. In this regard, the Government led by our President will leave no stone unturned in transforming Zimbabwe into a knowledge driven and industrialised Upper Middle Income Economy by 2030,’’ said Mavhusa.
The meeting was also attended by Sheron Tsitsi Murombedze the chairperson for the Young Women 4ED Masvingo Province, who was recently gifted with brand new twin cab to use to advance the affiliate’s programs.
“We are very grateful for the car that the President has given us, keep on working towards Vision 2030 to achieve an upper middle income economy,’’ said Murombedze.
Tens of Zanu PF supporters who attended the feedback meeting expressed gratification for the Christmas gift from Commissioner Kondongwe and promised to work hard in fulfillment of Vision 2030.
