MIDLANDS – Its match day 7 in the Ruvimbo Funeral ZIFA Central Region Division 1 Soccer League with the clash of giants headlining this weekend’s fixtures.
The League’s acting vice chairperson, Thomas Marambanyika told The Midweek Watch sports that has Chapungu United will square off Sheasham FC in what seems to be the best clash of the weekend.
Sheasham are favorites as they head into the encounter after beating FC Wangu Mazodze City 3-0 coupled by a one all draw away to ZRP Gwanda FC, whereas Chapungu FC are coming from two straight loses with a 1-0 defeat at the hands of log leaders Dulibadzimu FC.
In other matches log leaders Dulibadzimu are traveling to face a tricky Blanket Mine FC at Long John stadium.
Dinson Mvuma FC are away to Tongogara FC with FC Wangu Mazodze City facing Beitbridge FC.
Shabanie Mine FC have a tricky encounter as they face Kwekwe United FC at Maglas Stadium on Sunday.
Their city rivals Fc Platinum U19 are on bye this weekend as the teams are now 17 with Amazon pulling out.
