Gweru based Ruvimbo Funeral ZIFA Central Region Division 1 Soccer League outfit, Chapungu Utd has made their statement clear to bounce back into the top flight league as they flattened Black Eagles FC 6-0 in a one sided affair.
The day 3 match was played at Ascot Stadium on Saturday.
Edward Watson scored a hattrick with Spencer Masunda, Tineyi Chitora and Piniel Gumbo registering their names on the scoresheet.
This is the second time Black Eagles have not scored in three games having lost 2-0 to Blanket Mine in their previous encounter.
Their only goal came in the 2-1 loss to Tongogara FC in their first game of the season.
However, it is Chapungu who are making a huge mark in the league as they are vying to clinch the title.
Black Eagles team manager, Wilbert Zveshure had reiterated previously that the first three games are tough as they are playing perennial campaigners in the league and it has been proven so as they have lost all of them.
