MIDLANDS -Ruvimbo Funeral ZIFA Central Region Soccer League outfit TelOne FC’s winning streak came to a screeching end after a 1-0 away loss to Dulibadzimu FC.
The loss has given second placed Tongogara FC an edge on the standings as they are now only separated by three points with 17 wins of the 26 games played so far.
TelOne sit on top with 40 points afetr 12 wins, 4 draws and a single loss in their name.
Meanwhile, army side, Tongogara FC are breathing on their neck with 37 points from 10 wins, 7 draws and no defeat.
The momentum is with the army men as TelOne have lost five points in their previous two games after registering a 1-1 draw against Chapungu FC with Tongo getting four points after registering the same scoreline against Shabanie Mine FC.
The WiFi Boys have this season made it clear that they are playing for Premier League promotion although this may be thwarted by Tongo who want to achieve the same goal.
