Founded in 2014 by Cornelius Masendeke, Phill Air Conditioning began as a small business offering air conditioning and refrigeration services to local customers.

He said the company’s mission is to deliver high-quality services with a focus on customer satisfaction, reliability, and sustainability.
Phill Air Conditioning’s operations are managed through efficient job scheduling, project management, and customer support systems.
He added that, the company prioritizes quality assurance and control, incorporating advanced technologies into its operations and it also emphasizes health and safety management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
As part of its 10th-anniversary celebrations, the company plans to launch new initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable energy solutions and enhancing customer experience.

Phil Air is also heavily involved in philanthropic work where it provides fee air conditioning and repairs to public hospitals and institutions that houses old people and orphans.
