Masvingo came alive with laughter on Friday, 15 August, when celebrated Zimbabwean comedian Learnmore Jonasi brought his highly anticipated stand-up comedy show, Whose Lion Is It?, to the Charles Austin Theatre.
The show marked Jonasi’s first performance in Masvingo following his recent BET Awards success in the USA, giving local comedy lovers an opportunity to welcome and celebrate one of Zimbabwe’s rising comedy stars on home ground.

Jonasi, in particular, demonstrated why his comedy continues to attract audiences beyond Zimbabwe, bringing his energetic stage presence and unique storytelling style to the city.
