Great Dyke FC to conduct trials

MIDLANDS – Mberengwa based Great Dyke Fc aka Serengeto Boys is set to hold trials to recruit new players on from 20 to 21 January as they prepare for life in the Ruvimbo Funeral ZIFA Central Region Soccer League this coming season.

The trials are set be held at Education Stadium in Mberengwa with the aim of setting up a team that will compete strongly in the more competitive CRSL having plied their trade in the Midlands Province Division 2A in the last two seasons.

They will be the second team in Mberengwa to play D1 football after Black Eagles FC.

This development has been confirmed to The Midweek Watch Sport by the club’s director, Samuel Sinarawo who highlighted that they want top notch players so as to compete with the best in the league.

“We are set to hold trials on 20-21 January 2024 as we prepare for the new season. We are set to play Division One football this season hence we are calling out players to come in their numbers and be selected,” he said.
