FC Platinum honors players

ZVISHAVANE – Despite ending the 2024 season empty handed moneybags FC Platinum have put all that behind and went on to honor outstanding players who did duty during the course of the year.

The awards was a way of motivating players and psyche them up for new season next year.

The awards included the player of the year accolade, most disciplined player, most improved player, top goal scorer, Club President player of the season.

Juan Mutudza who had an incredible start to the 2024 season got the top goal scorer accolade having netted six goals. Mutudza during the opening fixtures of the season was on fire and nearly dubbed the Musona substitute at the club however he fell to keep the form going.

No wonder why new boys Scotland FC are after his signature, Panashe Mutimbanyoka had a stellar season hence he was named the Supporters Player of the season for his incredible role that saw the team finishing on position 2.

Norman Mapeza has been known to be one of the coaches that instills and love disciplined players hence his brawl with Walter Musona which saw him leave the club, Misheck Ngwenya was named the most disciplined player at the club.

Having been signed as Midfielder, Rainsome Pavari showed his utility when he played in defense which earned him the armband hence he became the biggest winner of the awards clinching the Player’s player of the season as well as the player of the season.

Brian Banda has always been a phenomenal figure in the Fc Platinum defense season in season out hence during part of the year he has calls up to the National team and he was named Club President’s Player of the season.
