MASVINGO – Sungura maestro Alick Macheso aka Baba Shero has made a date with Masvingo fans and is set to perform in the ancient city on 18 November, next week.
The Vakiridzo hitmaker is going to perform at Club Oasis which is at CSC Complex in Masvingo industrial.
Veteran entertainment joints operator, Fideli Musango who runs Club Oasis confirmed the developments to the Midweek Watch.
“Yes I confirm that Baba Shero will be at Club Oasis next week Saturday (18 November) and I am encouraging all our patrons to come in their numbers and they should come early to avoid disappointments as the place will be packed to the brim.
“There are no security fears as the security personnel will be out in full force to protect the fans and their property,” said the soft spoken businessman.
The Tafadzwa singer commands arguably the biggest following in the ancient city and whenever he performs here he makes sure that his legion of fans are left satisfied as he leaves the stages in the early hours of the following day.
Musango promised imbibers that there will be cold beers both local and imported in abundance.
