Ropafadzo Jimu’s body (age not known) from Mucheke in Masvingo City was found floating in Tirivanhu Dam, Victoria Ranch area on April 26.
Jimu’s body was discovered by a fisherman about 150m from the shores of the dam.
He was reported missing at Chikato Police April 18 according to Masvingo Province deputy ZRP spokesperson, Assistant Inspector Masauso Patinyu.
The fisherman reported the matter to the police who dispatched the sub aqua unit on April 27 to retrieve the body.
The body was taken to Masvingo Provincial Hospital for postmortem.
