Gwanda – National Progressive Democrats (NPD) president, Togara Fambi, who was arrested in Gwanda on Sunday has been transferred to ZRP Masvingo headquarters where he is set appear before a marshal law court.

According to sources familiar with the matter, Fambi’s alleged offense dates back to May last year, when he is said to have shared details of his future political agenda while still serving as a police officer.
At the time, he had not yet formally resigned from the force, with his resignation only taking effect in August of the same year.
Further details surrounding the case, including possible charges and court proceedings, are expected to emerge as investigations continue.
