MASVINGO CITY-Fast growing, Absolute Security Pvt Ltd has ventured into courier services by offering unique 24hour collection and delivery of parcels at door steps.
Absolute Courier Services was officially launched recently at its headquarters in Masvingo in the industrial area with 12 employees to serve customers for a start.
“As Absolute Security we are now offering courier services for our customers because we felt there is need for our valued customers to have their parcels delivered in secure environments.
“Our services are unique as we are open 24 hours, seven days a week including public holidays.
“As a security company we make sure that our customers’ parcels are safe from pick up point to drop off point at any given time. We decided to venture into this service after a lot of our customers had their parcels missing along the way or not being delivered on time for example some courier service providers close during weekends and at night yet parcels need to be delivered on time and in the right shape.
“We collect parcels from our customers anywhere in the country including from residential places and we deliver in the same manner and this additional service absolutely free.
“We also offer an unparalleled and unique service where we pick up your parcel from your place of residence or office and drop it off at the exact address that you want it delivered,” said the youthful managing director, Thulani Sibanda.
Absolute Courier Services has branches all over the country and they are all digitally connected for the security of customer’s parcels and for communication purposes as parcels move from point A to B.
The new kid on the block also offers services to and from the country’s biggest trading partner, South Africa on 24 hour basis with maximum security.
“Just like there is free drop off and pick up of parcels, small and big in Zimbabwe, the same service applies as well in South Africa.
“There is free packaging of parcels to avoid damage since we value our customers and we want them to receive their parcels in their original form.
“We also ensure that our customers get their parcels in record time, whether in Zimbabwe or South Africa,” said Sibanda.
