1) Power can be transferred peacefully to a younger and energetic leader.
2) A leader should never be feared but loved by all.
3) Propaganda mouthpieces are not needed to convince citizens that a leader is doing development projects. Development speaks, is heard, is tasted, and seen by citizens and international community
4) A leader does not extend his or her term to complete governmental projects BUT instead leave for the next leader to complete.
5) A leader does not leave office when he or she is fragile, old, dead or incapacitated. A good leader leave office whilst strong, health and still loved by citizens.
6) If a leader leaves office sick or old it means the country will be left in similar state as he or she is at that moment.
7) Father Emir Sheikh Hamad encouraged people to criticize him.
8)A country develop better by having an open independent media. Father Emir Sheikh Hamad is the leader who set up Aljazeera Television Station. His policy was the television must never fear to criticize, freely express, have different voice etc. This is totally different from ZBC TV.
9) Democratic policies encourage development. Elections are not the measure of democracy however, consultations with citizens has been the cornerstone of Father Emir Sheikh Hamad rule
10) Father Emir Sheikh Hamad held a Referendum to amend the constitution. A great leader does not fear people to speak about their affairs.
