MASVINGO CITY-The only referral health facility in the province, Masvingo Provincial Hospital had 10 bouncing babies delivered on Christmas Day this year.
The good news was confirmed by Masvingo Provincial Hospital Superintended, Dr Noel Zulu in an interview with The Midweek Watch today.
“I can confirm that 10 babies were born on Christmas Day at Masvingo Provincial Hospital, where five were boys and five were girls,” said the respected veteran surgeon.
Last year the health institution which will soon be turned into a hospital learning centre for the GZU’s Simon Mazorodze School of Medicine and Health Sciences had 12 babies, six boys and six girls on the same day.
