BUHERA – Buhera Rural District Council has put forward a ZWL$60 009 912 665 budget proposal for the year 2024 with key highlights indicating plans to rehabilitate Murambinda Bus Terminus and purchasing an ambulance.
The proposal was made at a full council meeting last week.
Presenting the proposal, Buhera RDC Finance Chairperson, Councilor Elijah Marowa said that the budget proposal which now awaits approval by the government also make provisions that will see the completion of the sewer pond, purchasing garbage truck, tendering fire fighting truck among other projects.
The local authority completed the rehabilitation Birchenough Bus Terminus this year.
