ZVISHAVANE- Robert Mugumba (44) of Zvishavane who is battling the deadly disease of prostate cancer is appealing for urgent assistance to raise US$1 000 for an emergency operation as the wound is spreading and seriously affecting his mobility.
Mugumba a taxi driver who plies the Town-Nil Township route is asking for financial assistance from well wishers and corporates to raise the money to serve his life.
“I am appealing to anyone who can assist in helping me raise the funds needed for the operation to please do as the wound is now at a critical stage. I want to live and be able to provide for my family”, he said.
Recently cancer has been on the rise and the medication and treatment procedure in the country is very expensive especially when the disease is at an advanced stage.
