MASVINGO – Zimbabwe Republic Police in Masvingo is appealing to the public to help in identifying a dead man found floating in Runde River in Marondera Village under Chief Negari in Mwenezi.
The man is believed to be in his 40s and approximately 1.85m was found on 23 February, 2023 whilst naked with a red and green cloth on his waist.
The Police statement said he is light in complexion, heavily built, short dreadlocks and has tattoos on both hands and the upper left hand written ‘FLY CROC’.
Masvingo police spokesperson Inspector Kudakwashe Dhewa said those with information should contact the officer in charge Mwenezi Chief Inspector Solomon Mushava on his cell number 0772119629 or the investigating officer Inspector Daniel Jopo on his cell number 0772253334.
