To quote the French president Macron at Davos, Switzerland on 20 January 2026, ” We are shifting to a world without rules.” The world is not shifting to that angle at all, it is only America that is moving into the jungle.
The world is very stable at the moment, only the dormant volcano is erupting from Washington and causing ripple effects in the whole world.
Europe must take the blame because it was the main cheer leader of the USA. They didn’t have any guard rails against any form of abuse from its ally. America credited itself on protecting the European continent against Moscow and Beijing. The leaders of both countries were branded dictators and autocrats. And Washington using it’s financial, and military prowess thinks it deserves the right to say who is right and who should be condemned. It is a mini-paradise show which it runs here on earth.
Europeans were forced to buy the American national anthem: “Security and Threats” from created and perceived enemies. Number one enemies are Pyongyang, followed by Tehran, Beijing and finally Moscow. These countries are usually called the ” Axis of Evil”. And Europe would set traps everywhere, trying to trap them. Unfortunately the above countries appear to be ready to stand firm against any form of American aggression.
So the Don has shifted his focus on attacking weak countries like Venezuela, Cuba, Nigeria, South Africa, Greenland, Canada etc. His reasons for attacking them is just sheer greediness of their natural resources. In actual fact, America’ s pre-occupation is its unquenchable thirsty of oil and liquefied petroleum gas. When French oil companies won the tender to exploit petroleum reserves in Cabo Delgado, a civil disturbance suddenly erupted. I am not saying Washington was responsible for the unrest, but it’s alignment on where oil reserves are discovered is something that makes me suspect, it was the rabble rouser.
Venezuela being the custodian of the largest oil reserves in the world was targeted and its President was whisked in the wee hours of the morning and abducted to New York city. Nicolas Maduro was accused of not upholding human rights and failing to re-tool his oil producing companies. To make it more sticky, he was called a “dictator”. That word alone qualifies one to be condemned and sanctioned by the powers be. When the American commandos launched their attack in Caracas, they killed civilians but the Western media never mentioned anything about the massacre.
They were competing to sanitize Trump’s foreign policy and lionize him. They were expertly telling the world about the precision and devastating impact of their fire power. In Vietnam, beside America using banned napalm bombs, its media kept mute on how civilians were caught between. They phrased it as ‘ collateral damage’. Whenever America does something not in line with rules of war, its media always justify why they have the right to do so.
The United Nations now is a laughing stock around the world. It is quite efficient when it passes statutories against third world countries. The Hague, was established to alienate third world countries’ leaders and not them. We have good candidates for the Hague, namely Donald Trump, George W. Bush, etc. But their country is not a signatory to International Court of Justice. Recently Republicans and Democrats were infuriated when a fundamentalist of white supremacism, posted on his Twitter handle some ” monkeys eating bananas.”
The first in American history, a sitting President openly espouses racism theories. The next day he denied sending it and blamed his ‘ gardener’ for finishing the job for him. When European countries stood up against him, on buying Greenland, he toned down and pretended like he was not the one, who wanted Greenland, but Marco Rubio.
Iran is now being forced to cut a deal that gives America total control of its oil. And the world is watching and some leaders give Trump, thumbs up. Who is next? At the moment America has one of the most unbalanced President in the world. One time he is talking about peace and the next he is attacking a country because it is of strategic importance to the U.S. He is very unpredictable and dangerous.
You can tell how his Immigration, Customs and Enforcement (ICE) is doing, searching for immigrants in Minnesota and Minneapolis. You can see, a Somalian militia at work, mean, reckless, rude, and its willingness to discharge firearms against protestors. Unfortunately, Trump is found, supporting its murderous approach to civilians. We had fine leaders like Reagan, Kennedy, Nixon, Biden, Obama, Clinton, Thatcher, Mbeki, Mugabe, etc whenever they spoke to the people, you felt that sense of belonging. Now America is being run by a quasi war lord.
