As the Pacific Storm Eastern Region Soccer League enters home stretch, Masvingo United FC supporters are brimming with optimism, believing their team can go all the way and finish the season as champions.
Una Una currently sit at the top of the table with 61 points, one ahead of FC Hunters and three ahead of Tenax CS FC.
With just three matches remaining, the race is heating up and the Masvingo United FC faithfuls are hopeful.
“This is the best chance we have had in years. The players have given us every reason to believe and we know they can do it. We just need to keep winning,” said Amos Sithole a staunch Una Una fan since its formative years.
Amos added, “It won’t be easy but we have shown consistency. Even when the pressure was on, we didn’t crumble. We trust the team to finish strong. Gore rino hazvikoni.”
Masvingo United FC still has to face FC Hunters away host Manica U19 and travel to Tenax CS FC, a tough run that could decide the title.
Masvingo United Football Club needs 9 point to be crowned PSERSL champions which means they have to win all the remaining fixtures.
