Central Region- Army side Tongogara FC are the early pacesetters in the Ruvimbo Funeral ZIFA Central Region Soccer League, occupying the top spot after five matches with 13 points after registering a 2-0 victory over MSU FC on Saturday.
The former Premier Soccer League side are two points clear of ex-topflight and championship favourites TelOne FC having played the same number of games after they mauled new boys Amazon FC 2-0.
Coached by Calvin Maphosa, Tongogara have scored the most number of goals in the league, 12 and only conceded three.

Tongogara have four wins and a draw which came on the opening day of the season when they were held to a 1-1 by Bishopstone FC.
