There is much happiness in giving than in receiving

Date:

A smiling face and hope filled 7 year old child will be waiting for your generous hand.

All teachers know the happiness and joy every school child have when he/she has a book to write on. It is a graveyard funeral sorrow when all children are writing and you sit next watching without an exercise book or pen. The experience is horrible. You think of the misfortune of being born of poor parents.

The third term started last Tuesday and children from poor backgrounds will experience the described situation. The “Donate A Book Campaign” launched by Moses Tinashe Mavhaire in Masvingo Central seeks to give a smile, happiness and hope in innocent school children.

Some of the learners that benefited from ‘donate a book’ campaign being spearheaded by Moses Mavhaire in Masvingo Central.

This is a great initiative which we must all support. Everyone is capable of helping in this “Donate A Book Campaign”. An exercise book costs only $0.20 meaning a small amount as $2.00 can give 10 children hope and a smile. Who among us can’t afford to donate $2? This means no donation is small.

Remember in the early 1980s the government used to provide exercise books and other learning material. This is no longer the case. It is education for the rich.

To participate in the “Donate A Book Campaign” please get in touch with “Moses Tinashe Mavhaire on +263777566968 .”
